VALDOSTA February 10, 2010 12:29 am — The cold, wet weather did nothing to impede the ceremony planned for a new luxury rental community on Tuesday.
At 10:30 a.m., as scheduled, Ambling Companies Inc. celebrated with a ceremonial groundbreaking for The Residences at Five Points. Construction on the 264-unit community began in December, said Eddy Benoit, president, Ambling Development Partners.
